Explore two or more reputable sources for herbal information. Locate contrasting information. Prepare at least five questions or comments regarding the seeming contradictions.

Ex.: Ginseng. In vitro research on Ginseng has included many studies based on injection of the extracts. The ginsenosides (saponins), which are key components of the herb require gut flora bacteria to produce their full effect.

Ex.: Echinacea literature is mostly injected preparations.

There are many similar examples. Cite personal favorites and those that give a true picture.
