Bale o’ Bala is an Ayurvedic root is a classic herb for the cardiovascular system.  Again, there are about 10 herbs that we have talked about so far that are interchangeable. They have their particular quirks, but in a pinch, you can use just about any of them.

It does fortify the pumping strength of the heart and enhances the general cardiovascular function.  It’s often used for congestive heart failure  in the early stages.  It is very often used along with Arjuna so together with Bale o’ Bala, is classic Ayurvedic combination for congestive heart failure.
